Marsh, a global professional services firm, has launched Broker WorkBench, an innovative AI-powered platform designed to transform how its London market brokers deliver service to clients.
Broker WorkBench is Marsh’s latest AI-powered innovation and places the firm’s comprehensive data and analytics capabilities at the centre of the placement process.
The platform was developed by Marsh Risk’s UK Specialty team under the leadership of Dominic Samengo-Turner.
It integrates efficient workflows with advance data processing, enabling brokers to connect with the London insurance market, negotiate terms, and bind contracts for lead markets, digital followers and pre-arranged capacity.
According to the announcement, all recommended placements created by Broker WorkBench will continue to be approved by Marsh’s brokers.
By automating routine administrative tasks, the aim is to improve operational efficiency and reduce placement times from the industry average of two-to-four weeks to days or hours through its digital-first, data-standardised processes.
