INTX Insurance Software, a company providing a complete re/insurance operating system for P&C insurers, MGAs, reinsurers and captives, has expanded its presence and capabilities across the Bermuda market through a strategic partnership with Bespoke Analytics.
INTX’s partnership with Bermuda-based Bespoke Analytics represents a significant step in its investment in the island, one of the world’s most important insurance and reinsurance hubs.
It aims to provide insurers and reinsurers on the island with local implementation, data migration, integration and technology expertise around the INTX (Re)Insurance Operating System.
Bermuda remains vital to global reinsurance, with member companies from the Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers writing a record $197.5 billion in gross premiums in 2025.
For INTX, the expansion brings its reinsurance-first technology closer to a market managing some of the world’s most complex risk and capital structures.
INTX provides dedicated technology for both ceded reinsurance, through INTX ReinsureConnect RI, and assumed reinsurance (via INTX Re). Alongside INTX Core, its P&C operating platform, INTX connects underwriting, policy administration, reinsurance, claims, financial operations, and reporting in a modern environment.
Rob Lewis, CEO of INTX Insurance Software, said: “Bermuda is central to the global reinsurance market, and it is a strategic market for INTX. If we are going to build the operating system for modern insurance and reinsurance, we need to be close to the organizations managing the industry’s most sophisticated risks.
“Bespoke gives us more than on-island implementation capacity. They bring deep knowledge of how Bermuda’s insurers and reinsurers operate, how their data moves, and what it takes to successfully modernise technology in this market.”
Through the partnership, Bespoke will support INTX implementations in Bermuda across business analysis, solution delivery, historical data migration, systems integration, testing and go-live. Bespoke is also expanding its local delivery team to support growing INTX implementation activity on the island.
Paul McLeod, Founder and President of Bespoke Analytics, commented: “We have spent more than 20 years working inside Bermuda’s insurance and reinsurance technology environments, and we understand both the complexity of the market and the limitations created by fragmented legacy infrastructure.
“INTX brings something important to the market: a modern platform designed around how insurance and reinsurance businesses actually operate. Combining that technology with experienced, on-island implementation and data expertise gives Bermuda organisations a practical path to modernisation.”
INTX and Bespoke Analytics will work jointly with Bermuda insurers and reinsurers evaluating modernization initiatives across ceded reinsurance, assumed reinsurance, core insurance operations, data and integration.
“Technology modernization in reinsurance cannot stop at better interfaces or another layer around aging infrastructure,” Lewis added. “Ceded and assumed reinsurance are fundamental operating disciplines. Bermuda organisations should have access to modern technology built specifically for them, backed by people who understand the market. That is what we are building here.”
