Euna, a specialist managing general agent (MGA), has announced the appointment of Steve Morse as Head of Personal Lines.
Morse will report directly to Ross Dingwall, CEO of Euna. He will join the firm’s personal lines team, which was launched in July alongside Specialist Home, its non-standard residential and contract works product. The product covers risks that increasingly fall outside standard market appetite, including non-standard construction, listed buildings, unoccupied homes and high-profile clients.
Morse brings nearly 40 years of insurance industry experience, with expertise leading high-performing underwriting and sales teams.
He joins Euna after five years at Aviva, where he was Underwriting Director, Aviva Private Clients. Prior to that, he held a similar role at AXA XL.
Earlier in his career, Morse spent more than 15 years at Hiscox in underwriting, sales and leadership roles and became a Partner in 2017.
