Global property and casualty insurer Chubb has announced the promotion of Silvia Trigila to head of digital growth for its EMEA underwriting center in Madrid.
In her new role, Trigila will play a key role in driving the digital growth of Chubb’s SME and lower mid-market online business.
She has 17 years of experience in underwriting and team leadership in the insurance industry, with deep expertise in the cyber and financial sectors.
Trigila joined Chubb in September 2019 as a business analyst and network underwriter. In May 2023, she was appointed CE Underwriting Center Underwriting Team Leader (Financial Line, Network, Technology, A&H).
Most recently, she served as Chubb’s Italian underwriting team manager and cyber business line specialist.
Prior to joining Chubb, Trigila spent 11 years at Zurich Insurance, most recently as the Underwriting Fraud Coordinator for Zurich Connect.
