Everyone knows that when it comes to celebrity Halloween costumes, it’s Heidi Klum who invariably reigns supreme.
The supermodel holds a costume party every spooky season, where she’s previously stolen the show with some truly remarkable transformations, walking the red carpet as everyone from ET and Shrek’s Princess Fiona to herself as an old woman and a weirdly realistic worm.
On Saturday night, Heidi’s bash took place for the 25th time, and to mark the anniversary, she really thought outside the box with a look that deserves a big hand.
Sorry, make that a look that really was a big hand.
Yes, the Project Runway host’s grisly Halloween costume for 2026 was an homage to a severed hand, modelled off her own, complete with a deep red manicure and elaborate jewellery.
“I looked at my hand and I thought ‘Hey, I think that I can fit my body inside of this somehow’,” the German star told reporters at the event (as reported by BBC News).
“I always try to come up with something unusual and I don’t think I’ve seen an actual person walking around like a hand. I thought that was something new and different.”
Well, no one can ever accuse Heidi of playing it safe. And coincidentally, does anyone know if Thing from The Addams Family is single…? Because we think we might have found his perfect match…
Heidi later joked: “It took a lot of hands putting this hand together. I think about 10 or 20 hands.”
Safe to say, her Halloween throne is safe for another year.
