Jessica Villapañe has joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the commercial insurance arm of global reinsurance giant Swiss Re, as a new account and distribution manager based in London.
Villapañe brings almost two decades of London market insurance experience spanning strategic relationship management roles on both the insurer and broker side, as well as a wealth of expertise, market insight and a real passion for building strong partnerships.
She joins Swiss Re Corporate Solutions from Intact Insurance, where she most recently served as Global Network Strategic Relationship Manager.
Prior to this, she served as Account Manager at RSA and Private Account Manager at Hiscox. Her career also included five years at WTW and four years at Aviva.
Commenting on her appointment, Villapañe said: “This is a great start for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and I am delighted to be part of such a talented team. I look forward to building strong partnerships with our clients and brokers, reconnecting with familiar faces in the London market, making new connections and contributing to the journey ahead.”
