Tokio Marine HCC International (TMHCCI), a subsidiary of Tokio Marine HCC Group of Companies, announces the appointment of Gülsah Dagdelen as Head of Network International, effective July 1, 2026.

Dagdelen succeeds Xavier Marguinaud, who has held the position since 2020 and has helped grow TMHCCI’s network offering from a single product line within Financial Lines to a dedicated international business over the past decade.

In her new role, Dagdelen will lead TMHCCI’s cyber team, which builds on a decade of specialty underwriting expertise and continues to expand its international presence.

She has nearly two decades of technical and commercial underwriting experience, joining the company in 2013 as a Financial Lines underwriter before moving into the Cyber space in 2019.

Most recently, Dagdelen served as Cyber Underwriting Manager for Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

As demand for cyber insurance continues to grow, TMHCCI’s cyber team has grown steadily and now has 22 experts, including a dedicated cyber security team.

TMHCCI said Dagdelen’s appointment marks a new chapter for the team, which has built a solid reputation for rigorous underwriting, consistency and long-term broker and client relationships.

Thibaud Hervy, CEO of TMHCCI, said: “Gülsah has been at the heart of building our Networks business and this appointment reflects her expertise and the strength of the wider Networks team. Her promotion highlights the continuity of our approach, the trust she has earned across the market and the important role she will play in the continued growth of our international Networks business.”

Dagdelen commented: “I’m proud of what we’ve built in cyber and excited to lead the team into the next phase. As the cyber risk landscape becomes more complex, our focus remains on disciplined underwriting, close broker and client relationships, and helping businesses respond to emerging and evolving threats. I would like to thank the TMHCCI team for their continued trust and support, and I look forward to building on such a strong foundation.”
