Pine Walk, the specialist MGA platform of Fidelis Partnership (TFP), has announced the launch of a new capital solutions business called Mezura Capital Partners, which will be headquartered in Bermuda.
Mezura Capital, led by Shireen Gammoh as CEO, was established to provide strategic capital solutions and build partnerships with insurance and reinsurance companies.
Its products will include total account solutions, structural casualty and special arrangements and retrospective solutions, including combined prospective and retrospective insurance.
Gammoh will bring nearly two decades of experience in Bermuda, London and the United States to lead the new business.
Her deep expertise spans retrospective, structured reinsurance and capital solutions, as well as alternative/ILS capital markets solutions.
The executive joins Howden Re from his role as managing director of its legacy and structured solutions teams. Prior to joining Howden Re, Gammoh served as global head of capital advisory at Gallagher Re and also held senior capital management positions at Flood Re and Canopius.

With the launch of Mezura Capital, and subject to necessary regulatory approvals, Pine Walk has now established 17 businesses on its platform, which provides a customized underwriting, operational and regulatory framework to support specialized and innovative underwriting products.
