Techcom Life Insurance Joint Stock, a new life insurance company established by Techcombank, has entered into a strategic partnership with global life and health reinsurer Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) to expand access to and support the growth of the Vietnamese life insurance market.
The collaboration marks the first of its kind in Vietnam, bringing together a new but well-positioned insurance company with a global reinsurer of RGA’s scale. It aims to promote market development, improve the quality and accessibility of insurance products, and contribute to the stability of Asia’s insurance industry by providing consumers with more choice and greater protection.
The partnership combines Techcom Life’s local market strength with RGA’s global reinsurance expertise, technology capabilities and long-term partnerships to support the establishment of a well-governed life insurance platform designed to promote sustainable growth and customer trust.
