Sixfold expands distribution of AI underwriting platform through Microsoft marketplace

Sixfold, a technology company specializing in AI-driven underwriting solutions for the insurance industry, announced that its platform is now available through Microsoft Marketplace, Microsoft’s online platform for cloud-based applications, AI tools, and enterprise services.

Sixfold said the integration is designed to make it easier for insurers to access, purchase and implement their underwriting technology through the Microsoft ecosystem.

The company said the arrangement is designed to streamline the procurement process, reduce deployment time and allow insurers to leverage existing Microsoft Azure investments.

Insurers will be able to deploy Sixfold’s AI underwriting capabilities directly within their Azure environments while continuing to meet enterprise governance, security and regulatory compliance requirements, the company said.

Sixfold noted that previous adoption of its platform by insurers often relied on separate procurement and implementation arrangements. Offering the service through Microsoft Marketplace, the company said, insurers can integrate adoption into existing cloud infrastructure and budgeting processes, reducing additional approval requirements and supporting faster implementation.

Roger Ferrandis, Head of Partnerships at Sixfold, commented: “Partnering with Microsoft marks an important milestone in our evolution. By integrating with the Microsoft Marketplace, we are making Sixfold and our underwriting AI brain easier to discover and deploy. Insurers can implement our capabilities directly within their existing Azure environments, simplifying procurement through the relationship they have with Microsoft, thereby reducing integration complexity and accelerating time to value.”

“We are excited to welcome Sixfold to Microsoft Marketplace,” added Cyril Belikoff, vice president of product marketing for Microsoft Azure. “Marketplace connects trusted solutions from global partners to customers around the world, making it easy for you to find and deploy applications that work seamlessly with Microsoft products.”
