Mphasis, an artificial intelligence (AI)-led, platform-driven technology solutions provider, has appointed Richard Miller as global head of insurance.
In his new role, Miller will lead Mphasis’ global insurance strategy, helping insurers modernize operations, transform core business processes and apply artificial intelligence to drive measurable business value.
He has more than three decades of experience helping insurance companies accelerate trusted AI-led transformation, create measurable value and improve business performance.
Miller has worked for Fortune 500 companies, focusing on the global insurance industry. His expertise lies in leading large-scale reinvention programs, seamlessly integrating strategy and execution to drive meaningful operational transformation.
Most recently, he served as CEO and founder of REMVENTION LLC, a specialized applied artificial intelligence research business focused on intelligently architected systems for complex, regulated industries.
Previously, Miller spent 35 years as a senior managing director at Accenture, where he led transformation, modernization and reinvention projects for leading insurance and financial services organizations.
