Parametrix, a provider of parametric insurance solutions for digital infrastructure and technology risks, has appointed Tresa Stephens as Head of US Underwriting to lead its US Cyber and Tech E&O underwriting expansion.
The move strengthens the Lloyd’s coverholder’s cyber underwriting leadership as it continues to expand its US business and cyber and tech underwriting capabilities.
In her new role, Stephens will lead US underwriting and support broader product strategy and development.
She has over 15 years of experience across cyber, technology, media E&O, and professional lines insurance, and brings deep expertise in underwriting strategy, product development, portfolio management, coverage architecture, and building operational frameworks to scale specialty insurance portfolios.
Most recently, Stephens served as Head of Cyber, Tech & Media for North America at Allianz Commercial. She previously held senior roles at insurers Argo Group, Chubb, and Hiscox.
