Marsh, the global professional services firm, has appointed Linda Jones as its new US Healthcare Industry Practice Leader for Marsh Risk, with the appointment taking effect on 15 September 2026.
Jones will be based in Washington, DC, and will report to Darren Cromwell, Industry Practice Group Leader for Marsh Risk in the US and Canada. Her responsibilities will include overseeing Marsh’s healthcare strategy and client engagement across its risk business, as well as supporting the delivery of the company’s wider capabilities to healthcare organisations.
She brings four decades of experience in healthcare risk management, having advised health systems, hospitals, managed care organisations and other healthcare providers on their risk strategies. Jones joined Marsh in 2018 and most recently worked as the company’s US Healthcare Growth & Innovation Leader.
Jones takes over the healthcare practice leadership role from Gisele “Gigi” Norris. Norris will now place greater focus on her responsibilities as Global Commercial Industry Leader at Marsh, where she will continue working on industry collaboration, best-practice sharing and knowledge exchange across the organisation.
