Global re/insurance broker and risk advisor Aon has announced the appointment of Lauren Pratscher as chief brokerage officer for the company’s middle market P&C brokerage business.
Pratscher brings more than two decades of industry experience to her new role, most recently as Director of Casualty Resettlement for Newfront (acquired by WTW in 2026).
Prior to that, the executive held multiple leadership roles in the casualty business unit during his eleven-year tenure at Marsh.
During her time at Dashen, she served as the head of corporate casualty placement, facilitating marketing relationships with key trading partners. Platcher also serves as the North Central Casualty Growth Leader, a position she held after serving as a Senior Casualty Advisory Specialist.
Prior to joining Marsh, Pratscher spent several years on the risk management team at a retail real estate investment trust in Chicago.
