Lancashire Insurance US expands product portfolio, announces new appointments

Lancashire Insurance Company America has announced three new appointments as it expands its product portfolio with three new business lines: financial, inland marine and environmental liability.

The new products double the company’s coverage offerings and complement existing energy casualty, property casualty and general casualty categories.

Jason Rubman, who has 25 years of experience driving market growth in financial and specialty product lines, will join Axis Capital as senior vice president of financial products.

Most recently, he was Head of Financial Institutions – Lower Middle Market at Axis Capital, a global provider of specialty insurance and global reinsurance products.

Lauren Berry joins the company as senior vice president, Inland Marine, most recently serving as senior vice president and head of Inland Marine and Inland/Ocean Marine programs at Hudson Insurance.

She also served as Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer of Travelers Inland Marine.

Janice Nunziata joins Lancashire Insurance US from Everest, where she will join the Environmental Responsibility team as Senior Vice President.

At Everest, she most recently served as Assistant Vice President/Product Line Manager. She also previously held roles at Philadelphia Insurance Company, AIG and Chubb.
