Dynamic Reinsurance, a company specializing in bespoke reinsurance risk transfer solutions, has appointed Juan Naveda as London Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Naveda has over thirty years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry and brings a wealth of expertise and strong relationships in the London market.
His experience includes structuring complex reinsurance programs, managing strategic partnerships in London and Latin America, and establishing a strong track record in the London and international reinsurance markets.
Most recently, Naveda served as Managing Director for Latin America (Latam) at DUAL Corporate Risks. He has held this position for ten years and is responsible for underwriting financials and driving DUAL’s regional strategy.
Prior to that, he served as Global Development Manager at DUAL Corporate Risk, where he was responsible for maximizing cross-selling opportunities both externally and within product groups.
He began his industry career in 2001 as Executive Director of Willis Ltd, a position he held for nearly 14 years.
