Fenchurch Advisory Partners to combine with Broadhaven Capital Partners

Fenchurch Advisory Partners, an independent investment banking advisory firm, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Broadhaven Capital Partners.

Fenchurch specializes in the financial services sector and has offices in London, New York and Paris. It provides independent advice to businesses and financial sponsors in the insurance, asset and wealth management, banking and specialist finance sectors.

In 2025, Fenchurch advised on 27 transactions, including acting as financial adviser to Utmost Group, helping JAB Insurance acquire its life and pensions business, and advising on the completion of an equity investment in Ardonagh.

Founded in 2009, Broadhaven is an independent investment banking firm and advisor to financial services companies in North America. The firm provides M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory services in financial technology, asset and wealth management, market infrastructure and broader financial services.

Broadhaven has a team of 40 professionals with offices in New York and Chicago and has advised on more than 125 completed transactions with a total value in excess of $100 billion.

Broadhaven’s leadership team will join as partners in the combined company, and its co-founder and partner Gerard von Dohlen will join the board of directors.

The merger is an important step in Fenchurch’s development, with the support of its strategic partner Natixis CIB, which aims to create a leading international consulting firm specializing in financial services.

Broadhaven adds complementary North American franchises with deep relationships and industry expertise in financial technology, asset and wealth management, market infrastructure and private finance.

The merger is expected to accelerate Fenchurch’s expansion in the United States and enhance its ability to support clients amid increased cross-border activity, regulatory changes and technological developments.

The combined firm will have more than 110 investment bankers dedicated to the financial services sector, including 30 senior managing directors and managing directors, based in London, New York, Chicago and Paris. Clients will benefit from deeper sub-industry expertise, broader geographic coverage and enhanced transatlantic execution capabilities, while continuing to receive expert advice from both firms.
