EPIC names Miranda Rodriguez as Head of National Real Estate Practice

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, Inc. (EPIC), a national insurance brokerage and advisory firm, announced the appointment of Miranda Rodriguez as head of project development for its national real estate business.

In this newly created position, Rodriguez will focus on strengthening and expanding EPIC’s real estate operations. She will oversee initiatives spanning project design, strategic partnerships and operational infrastructure, while coordinating the firm’s existing real estate operations and expanding access to expertise across the broader organization.

Rodriguez will also support the development of national programs and strategic partnerships, introduce innovative technology integrations and help connect regional expertise across the company.

She will report to EPIC National Professional President Scott Davis.

Rodriguez has over 15 years of industry experience in real estate risk management and project development.

She joins EPIC from WTW, where she most recently served as head of WTW’s real estate and hospitality multifamily division.

Prior to that, Rodriguez spent nearly nine years at Brookfield Asset Management as a global real estate risk manager, where he was responsible for handling complex M&A transactions and expanding the firm’s international risk footprint.

Rodriguez commented: “EPIC’s size, structure and growth mindset provide a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation and create something transformative.

“Having spent much of my career developing real estate practices, EPIC provides the autonomy, leadership support and resources to build a truly national platform that serves clients across all areas of commercial real estate while enabling teams across the organization to collaborate more effectively.”

“Miranda brings deep real estate experience and a results-oriented, execution-focused leadership style that is exactly what we need to drive the next phase of growth in our real estate business,” Davis said.
