Broker Hub says Anthropic’s Claude AI delivers 85% productivity gains

Claude, the artificial intelligence platform developed by Anthropic, is currently undergoing extensive corporate rollout at Hub International Limited, an insurance brokerage and financial services company.

Anthropic, an artificial intelligence research and development company, is working with HUB to implement the platform across its more than 20,000 employees.

The program launches at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025. Early performance indicators for selected applications show an 85% increase in productivity, an average of 2.5 hours of time saved per employee per week, and user satisfaction exceeding 90%, making it one of the projects accelerating large-scale artificial intelligence adoption in financial services.

In selecting Claude for its enterprise AI solution, HUB cited its capabilities for complex reasoning and encoding, its relatively low rate of hallucinations, and its security architecture designed for the regulated sector. The agreement makes HUB one of Anthropic’s first insurance brokerage partners.

As part of the collaboration, HUB is deploying Claude Enterprise for knowledge workers, Claude Code for technology teams, and deploying support for Anthropic’s API platform to create custom, agent-based solutions.

Marc Cohen, President and CEO of HUB, commented: “Artificial intelligence is a force multiplier that will help accelerate HUB’s competitive advantage, which comes from combining cutting-edge technology with our scale, deep carrier relationships, product innovation and decades of institutional knowledge to create transformative customer experiences.”

“We have been on an AI application journey for many years, and our partnership with Anthropic represents a new level of commitment. Anthropic’s enterprise-grade AI, unwavering commitment to safety, quality and security, and deep understanding of regulated markets make them an ideal partner for HUB.”

The foundation for this deployment was laid several years ago. Starting in 2020, HUB tested robotic process automation integration, then expanded its focus in 2022 as generative AI technology advanced. The company notes that these early moves allow it to effectively move forward once AI systems demonstrate improved accuracy and stronger compliance and security controls. The enterprise-wide rollout of Claude reflects the next phase of that long-term strategy.

Implementation follows a structured, phased model centered around defined use cases for roles such as account managers, producers and customer support teams. Workshops and pilot projects have produced measurable business results.

Across the organization, Cloud’s capabilities are applied to streamline internal operations, enhance direct-to-customer digital platforms, support software development and improve overall productivity and service delivery. The partnership focuses on six priority areas: foundational generative AI, agent workflows, vendor-enabled capabilities, specialized custom solutions, direct-to-customer digital experiences and agent software engineering platform.

Nicholas Lin, Head of Product for Financial Services at Anthropic, added: “HUB deployed Claude across 20,000 employees in regulated industries and saw measurable results almost immediately – an 85% increase in productivity in targeted use cases, saving 2.5 hours per employee per week, and user satisfaction exceeding 90% in early use cases.”

“From the earliest conversations, their team has developed a multi-year AI strategy and the operational rigor to execute that strategy. This leadership and technical execution make them the kind of partner that demonstrates what is possible when organizations commit to AI at scale.”
