Blake Gleeson has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Client Officer at Gallagher Australia in Perth, effective June 1, 2026.
Gleason will leverage his three decades of industry experience to help enhance the customer experience and achieve greater consistency across departments as the business continues to grow across the country.
Gleeson joins Gallagher Australia from Marsh Australia for six years, most recently as managing director and head of employee benefits.
Prior to this, he served as Chief Customer Officer of Mercer Marsh Benefits Australia and Head of MMB Western Australia.
Prior to this, the executive also held roles at Aon, aviation consultancy AvLaw Pty Ltd and Qantas.
