Trium Cyber names Dave Stanard Interim CEO as Josh Ladeau steps down

Trium Cyber, a specialist cyber insurance and risk transfer provider, has announced that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Josh Ladeau, will step down from his role, with Dave Stanard, CEO of Trium Holdings, serving as Interim CEO of Trium Cyber.

Ladeau joined Trium in September 2022 and has since played a pivotal role in the development of Trium Cyber, including leading the launch of Lloyd’s Syndicate 1322 and establishing the business as a leading cyber insurance platform.

Before joining Trium, he led the global cyber platform for Aspen, where his leadership helped drive substantial market outperformance. Prior to that, he was Practice Lead at Allied World, where he developed the cyber risk platform (FrameWRX).

Ladeau will work closely with the team to ensure a smooth handover, preserving continuity for brokers, clients, partners and colleagues.

Stanard has served as CEO of Trium Holdings since April 2026. Before that, he served as President at Three Insurance and has also held roles at Berkshire Hathaway and Munich Re.

Stanard commented, “We are enormously grateful to Josh for his outstanding contribution to Trium Cyber. His leadership, expertise, and vision were instrumental in building a successful business and a strong foundation for continued growth. On behalf of everyone at Trium, I thank Josh for his dedication and wish him great success in his next chapter. Trium Cyber has never been better positioned, and I’m excited to lead the team through this next stage of growth.”
