Swiss Re, the global reinsurance and insurance company, has announced new Market Team Lead appointments, including Arnaud Kopp, Felipe Garcia, Jana Navarrete, and Mathieu Henry.
These expanded roles will lead the engagement with Swiss Re clients and partners across the Mediterranean and Middle East.
Kopp will be in charge of Israel, Turkey & Pakistan. An experienced reinsurance P&C underwriter, the executive has been with Swiss Re for over a decade, building experience across CAT risk, structured solutions, and market development.
A Swiss Re veteran of 18 years, Garcia is taking over the expanded role of Head P&C Gulf, Egypt and Iraq. During his time at the company, the executive has built an extensive career spanning underwriting, claims management, and regional executive leadership across the Middle East, Southern Europe, and Iberia.
As P&C Market Head for Greece, Cyprus, Malta and the Near East Navarrete will focus on driving sustainable growth, building trusted client partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
Finally, Henry has been appointed as Market Team Lead for UAE & KSA. He is a Senior reinsurance professional with 23 years of experience across underwriting, client management and market development with deep expertise in P&C treaty reinsurance, and a strong focus on European markets.
