International specialist re/insurance managing general agent (MGA) Rokstone has announced the launch of Rokstone Healthcare, a new division focused on the global healthcare market.
The platform will target large exposures in the U.S. mid-market and allied health, social services and outpatient facilities (excluding hospitals). It will offer multi-line coverage covering professional, general and sexual abuse liability, with the ability to cover principal perils, excess perils and independent perils. Rokstone also announced plans to gradually expand into the small business space.
The new product line will leverage Rokstone’s proprietary technology platform, ATOMX, to streamline underwriting workflows and enable efficient processing of smaller, less harmful risks.
Rokstone also announced the division’s first key underwriting hire, naming Natalie Mauro as director of Allied Health and Human Services, effective June 2026.
In her new role, Mauro will spearhead building Rokstone’s U.S. medical malpractice platform as part of its broader global healthcare strategy.
She has 15 years of healthcare underwriting experience in the US and London markets, with a proven track record of building and growing specialist investment portfolios and supporting wholesale brokerage partners in complex risk areas.
Mauro joins Rokstone from Beazley, where she has worked for 10 years, most recently as global head of miscellaneous medical products.
Prior to that, she held roles at AIG, including serving as a team leader in Lexington Healthcare.
