Oliver Wyman, a Marsh unit, has announced three senior leadership appointments aimed at accelerating the integration and transformation of artificial intelligence support.
Former chief operating officer Jeremy Badman, who has more than 13 years of experience, has been named chief artificial intelligence and data officer.
This newly created position will reimagine how work is delivered, staffed and scaled using AI technology. Badman will be responsible for leading the integration of AI into the business and working closely with leaders to design a delivery model that combines human expertise with agent AI capabilities to enable teams to operate faster, smarter and more accurately.
Paula McGlarry, who has served the business for two decades, most recently as general counsel, has been named global chief operating officer and chief of staff.
In this dual role, she will lead the ongoing transformation of Oliver Wyman’s operating model. Her focus areas include fostering cross-functional collaboration, increasing the resiliency of key support functions, and integrating artificial intelligence and technology into core processes.
Maria Rosberg has been appointed head of strategy and growth, a newly created position focused on setting priorities and accelerating growth.
Rosberg, who has more than 30 years of consulting and banking experience, including leadership roles at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, will help Oliver Wyman move into an AI-driven future.
A long-time leader at Oliver Wyman, most recently heading the Americas Banking and Financial Services practice, her new role will focus on aligning investment priorities with long-term value creation.
“Together, these appointments represent a coordinated effort to reimagine the way Oliver Wyman operates, combining our industry knowledge with advanced artificial intelligence capabilities to deliver greater value to clients,” said Ted Moynihan, president and CEO of Oliver Wyman and Marsh Consulting. “Jeremy, Paula and Maria each bring outstanding leadership, deep experience and a deep commitment to our culture, and I am confident they will help Oliver Wyman enter its next chapter.”
These new appointments will report directly to Moynihan.
