Ocean Re has appointed Pedro Fernandes as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he will lead the firm’s global finance function, overseeing financial strategy, capital management, planning and reporting, while supporting its continued expansion and long-term business objectives.
Fernandes joins Ocean Re with extensive international experience in finance, business leadership, and strategic management.
The executive has held senior leadership roles across the insurance and financial services sectors, reportedly contributing to organisational growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
