Most recently serving he served as Global Client Executive for UK&I, a role in which he was responsible for managing and developing relationships with Major Accounts clients and shaping strategies to drive growth within the division.
Prior to Chubb, Nicklin held a range of client relationship and business development roles at several leading insurers including Zurich and RSA.
Mark Roberts, Division President UK, Ireland and South Africa, Chubb, said: “I’m delighted to congratulate Ed on this appointment. His experience and deep knowledge of our Major Accounts clients made him a natural choice, and this is a thoroughly well-deserved promotion into a role that remains central to Chubb’s strategy in UK&I.
“I’d also like to extend my sincere thanks to Nick Lee, whose dedication over his 16 years at Chubb, including six years leading our Major Accounts division, was instrumental in building our highly successful operation. We are grateful for his role in ensuring a smooth transition and wish him a very happy retirement.”
