As a reflection of IMAC’s ongoing commitment to workforce growth and succession planning, the association has also established a Talent Development Committee, chaired by Beecher Carlson’s Troy Matarazzo.

Several committee members will continue in their current roles, including Gareth van den Bergh, Artex, as Marketing Committee Chair; Wild, Artex, as Forum Committee Chair; Jessica Powell, AON, as Scholarship Committee Chair; Paul Macey, RMA, as Chair of the Legislative and Regulatory Committee; Andrew MacKay, RMA, Education and Society Committee Chair; Erin Brosnihan, Kensington, as Secretary; and Jenny Pooley, SRS, in the IMAC offices.
