US insurance brokerage Relation Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Dave Tacha as Chief Revenue Officer, a newly created role.
In his new position, Tacha will lead Relation’s enterprise revenue strategy and work across its regions and business lines to accelerate organic growth, strengthen sales execution, and support producer recruitment and development.
The executive brings over two decades of experience in insurance brokerage and risk management, having most recently served as President of the West Region at AssuredPartners, now part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
During his tenure at AssuredPartners Tacha led the firm’s western operations and focused on organic growth, producer development and strategic expansion.
