Crawford & Company, an independent provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions, has announced a leadership transition across its Middle East operations, with the appointment of new senior executives in the United Arab Emirates.

As part of its continued regional growth, the company is managing the planned retirement of its Middle East regional director and the introduction of new leadership.

Vic Noble will retire from Crawford & Company in July 2026 after more than 45 years in the loss adjuster industry. Noble joined Crawford & Company in 2016 and has since held a range of technical and leadership roles in the UK and Middle East.

Since moving to Dubai in 2016, he has supported the development of Crawford & Company’s UAE operations, including integrating the Miller International team acquired in 2022. As Regional Director, he oversees business expansion in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, supported by a growing team of experts.

“We are grateful to Vic for his decades of service and leadership,” commented Niels de Kock, President Europe and Middle East. “He leaves behind a strong and respected business and we are grateful for his lasting contribution to Crawford, particularly his unwavering support of colleagues and customers during conflicts in the Middle East.”

Crawford & Company has appointed Christopher Wylie to succeed Noble as regional director for the Middle East, effective June 22, 2026. Wylie joins Crawford & Company with nearly 15 years of regional experience, most recently at Complex Claims International and previously at Charles Taylor, Whitelaw and GAB Robins. He has extensive experience in complex and significant loss adjustments and has a proven track record of leading teams in the region.

“Christopher brings deep regional experience, strong leadership skills and extensive experience handling complex claims,” de Kock added. “His appointment reflects our continued investment in the Middle East and our focus on delivering high-quality service and technical expertise to our clients in the region.”

Crawford & Company has also appointed Chris Burley and Steve Smith as senior claims adjusters in the UAE, both from GRS (now part of Complex Claim International). Their appointments are designed to strengthen technical capabilities and support the management of complex losses across the region. Crawford said the changes are part of its continued focus on investing in people and enhancing capabilities to serve key growth markets.
