Club Vita, an independent longevity analytics partner serving pension plans, insurance companies, reinsurers and advisors, has announced four senior promotions within its U.S. and Canada teams to strengthen its leadership position in North America.
In the U.S., Erik Pickett has been promoted to senior vice president and chief actuarial content officer, and Natalie Gleed has been promoted to senior vice president and head of business development.
They will support the region’s expanding markets while guiding global insights strategy and commercial growth respectively.
In Canada, Shantel Aris has been promoted to Head of Longevity Analytics and Client Engagement, North America.
In this expanded role, Aris will be responsible for leading the creation of longevity analytics programs and improving interactions with insurance customers in Canada and broader North America.
Additionally, the appointment of Katherine Pelletier as Canada Pension Director and Privacy Officer reinforces Club Vita’s commitment to supporting Canada’s pension plans through powerful analytics and tailored customer support.
