Arrowhead Programs, a master administrator that designs and manages specialty insurance programs, has launched Arrowhead Professional, a practice group of seven U.S. offices and more than 125 underwriting, claims and operations experts led by a dedicated leader.
By 2025, these teams have combined combined written premiums of more than $175 million.
Unified practice teams combine expertise across disciplines to provide streamlined access points to niche insurance planning, analytics and functionality.
Arrowhead Professional will focus on professional liability and related professional solutions. With more than 16 complementary professional and executive liability products and coverage, the practice simplifies broker placement and ensures the right solutions are delivered quickly and efficiently.
Stacy Paquet will lead Arrowhead Professional, overseeing strategic direction and operations while serving as CEO of Nexus US.
She has over 20 years of industry experience in professional and managerial responsibilities. In 2019, she joined Nexus as part of its US expansion and built the team’s financial and professional business lines.
Prior to that, Paquet spent more than a decade at OneBeacon Insurance, most recently as President of Management Liability. Earlier in her career, she worked as an attorney at CNA Insurance and Conklin & Synder.
