Arrowhead Intermediaries appoints Steven Beard as CEO, International

Arrowhead Intermediaries has announced the appointment of Steven Beard as International Chief Executive Officer, who will join the company in February 2026 and will be based in London.

Beard joins Charles Taylor from Group President.

His brokerage career also includes senior roles at Ardonagh Group, Corant Group and RFIB, with experience in the wider sector gained through roles at Xchang, Agilisys, Globalwave and Redwave.

In his new role, Beard will report to Arrowhead Intermediaries CEO Steve Boyd.

He will use his broad skillset to oversee the firm’s international operations, including global specialist broker MGA Nexus and specialist broker Bridge Specialty International.

“His leadership experience in the insurance industry and other markets will be of great benefit to our global team, providing keen insights and unparalleled perspective to support our large-scale specialization across the group.
