Global professional services firm Aon has appointed Khun Metat Sae-Jan as its new head of life and health (L&H), Thailand reinsurance solutions.
In his new role, Sae-Jan will lead the broker’s L&H Reinsurance brokerage business in Thailand.
For the past nearly three years, he has served as a partner at XEL Advisory, advising insurance companies on strategies to maximize growth, transform business models and create sustainable competitive advantage.
Prior to this, Sae-Jan served as Head of Product Strategy at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd. for more than three years. In this role, he successfully led various partner acquisitions, expanded product offerings and customer reach, and increased sales of protection products through effective solution design and implementation.
In the past, he also served as Vice President of Business Planning and Reporting at FWD Insurance and as Manager, Head of Economic Capital and Assistant Manager at AIA.
