Aon Reinsurance Solutions, a unit of brokerage group Aon, announced that Chin Fong Teh has been appointed chief of staff for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore and reporting to Aon Reinsurance Solutions Asia Pacific CEO Rupert Moore.
The reinsurance broker noted that Founder has approximately two decades of experience in reinsurance operations, regional leadership and transformation initiatives.
In his new role, he will work with senior leaders across Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions team to support strategic priorities and contribute to the development of operational efficiencies across Asia Pacific, while maintaining a focus on client outcomes.
Prior to joining Aon Reinsurance Solutions, Vonder held senior regional operational roles and was involved in large-scale transformation and integration programs, as well as brokerage experience.
Aon stresses that this background gives him a detailed understanding of client needs in the Asia Pacific region and the practical need to deliver consistent service outcomes. He started his career in reinsurance with Malaysia Reinsurance Corporation.
