Sompo APAC, a subsidiary of Sompo International Holdings Limited, announced the appointment of Alice Sun as senior casualty underwriter for Sompo Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
In her new role, Sun will play a key role in executing the company’s commercial distribution strategy, ensuring efficient and profitable delivery of casualty products through direct and brokered channels.
She will support Sompo Hong Kong’s sustainable growth by building strong market relationships, improving submission quality and expanding presence in key corporate sectors.
Based in Hong Kong, Sun will report to Will Wang, head of Sompo International’s casualty division in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Prior to joining Sompo, she spent eight years at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), most recently as a senior underwriter.
