Xceedance, a global provider of technology-driven business solutions to the insurance industry, has announced the appointment of Gavin Lillywhite as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Development, covering the UK and continental European markets.
In this role, Lillywhite will work alongside Justin Davies, Senior Vice President of Business Development, as part of a strengthened commercial leadership structure designed to capitalize on the company’s significant growth trajectory.
Under the new arrangement, Lillywhite will focus on growing the company’s presence among UK distributors, including brokers and MGAs, as well as captives and re/insurers across the continent. At the same time, Davies will support commercial and personal reinsurers and Lloyd’s market participants.
Lillywhite has over 30 years of international experience in the London, Lloyd’s and corporate insurance markets. He joined Xceedance in April 2025 as senior vice president, head of operations for UKI and Europe.
Prior to that, he served as Head of Insurance Distribution and Account Management at Axio. He also spent more than two decades at Allianz in a series of senior roles, most recently as global account director, driving double-digit growth across Aon and WTW’s €4.2 billion portfolio.
