Global reinsurance/insurance company Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. has named experienced financial executive Steve Robb as its new group chief financial officer (CFO), reporting to company chief executive officer (CEO) Greg Hendrick.
Robb assumes his new role immediately and will join Vantage’s leadership team as a strategic advisor to Hendrick and the Board of Directors while working with investors and ratings agencies.
As Group Chief Financial Officer, he will lead Vantage’s enterprise-wide finance functions across the group, including financial reporting and control, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investments and tax.
Robb joined the company in January 2020 and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Somerset Reinsurance. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of AXA XL and held senior financial leadership roles across the business for more than 21 years. Robb began his career in 1994 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Bermuda.
