Liberty Mutual Insurance has announced the appointment of Shaun Sinniah as Head of Capital Solutions for Global Risk Solutions (GRS), a newly created role.
Sinniah will join the company on September 28 and will report to GRS President Matthew Moore.
The executive has been tasked with supporting GRS’s strategy to strengthen the connection between its risk and capital capabilities.
Sinniah will focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding how GRS deploys capital to create value for its customers and partners.
An experienced executive, Sinniah brings deep industry expertise across reinsurance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development. He joins Liberty Mutual from Miller, where he most recently served as president of Reinsurance & Capital.
Before Miller, he held senior leadership roles at Guy Carpenter and Willis Re, having begun his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
