SageSure, the specialist catastrophe-exposed property managing general underwriter (MGU), has announced the California expansion of SageSure One to better serve the growing premium homeowners segment.
SageSure One is a homeowners insurance and property resilience programme designed for higher-value properties. It now offers a bespoke placement for resilient, higher-value California homes, with up to $20 million in total insurable value (TIV) from Olympus Insurance Company to California.

A key part of the SageSure One offering is the One Consultant, who serves as a dedicated point of contact for producers and their clients throughout the policy lifecycle. During a claim, the One Consultant acts as a personal liaison, ensuring that neither producers nor homeowners have to navigate adjuster desks directly.

The non-admitted HO5 product offers significant capacity for California homes starting at $1 million in Coverage A. Properties in Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones (VHFHSZ) may be eligible with a verified IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home Plus designation along with noncombustible structural hardening and rigorous defensible space standards.
The new capacity from Olympus further expands SageSure One’s presence in California, joining the homeowners programmes offered by SURE and SafePort Insurance Company. SageSure One is also available in Florida, New York and Texas.
