Global life and health reinsurer Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) has appointed Crystal Lu as senior vice president (SVP) of investor relations, effective June 8, 2026.
In this role, Lu will report to RGA Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Axel André and lead investor relations strategy.
In addition, she will liaise with the global investment community to support communications around reinsurers’ financial performance and long-term value creation.
Lu has deep insurance industry expertise and has worked extensively with institutional investors in both the public and private markets.
Most recently, she worked as an insurance investor at Gillson Capital, developing a differentiated industry perspective to inform investment decisions and performance.
Prior to that, Lu began her career working in equity research at Autonomous Research and Credit Suisse, before moving into an investment role at Surveyor Capital, always focusing on the insurance industry.
