Reliance Global launches updated insurtech platform, RELI Exchange 2.0

Reliance Global Group, Inc., an insurtech provider of artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud-based technology for insurance companies and brokers, has launched RELI Exchange 2.0, a platform designed to expand recruiting capabilities, improve execution, and enable faster, more efficient growth.

RELI Exchange 2.0 is the next phase of the company’s insurtech platform, available to independent insurance agencies. The upgrade brings recruitment activities into a centralized operating environment with clear pipeline stages, integrated task management and comprehensive communication tracking.

Reliance made these enhancements to support faster follow-up, better prioritization, greater recruiter productivity, greater outreach capabilities and stronger forecasting. As the platform continues to expand, it also enables companies to manage higher hiring volumes faster and more efficiently.

In February 2026, Reliance reported that health insurance policies underwritten through the RELI Exchange during the 2025 open enrollment period increased by 72% year-on-year, personal lines property and casualty premiums increased by 36% year-on-year, and the broker network expanded from approximately 65 to approximately 300 agency partners since 2022.

Ezra Beyman, Chairman and CEO of Reliance Global Group, commented: “RELI Exchange 2.0 is designed to make an already scalable and successful platform even more effective as a growth engine. RELI Exchange already delivers strong operational momentum and we believe this upgrade provides us with the infrastructure to move faster, execute more efficiently and support the growth of our agency partner network.”

He continued: “By improving visibility, workflow rules and recruiting capabilities, RELI Exchange 2.0 Designed to help us scale the platform with greater speed and efficiency. We expect this upgrade will increase recruiter activity levels, including more consistent follow-up and more agent engagement per recruiter, while enabling the team to manage larger workloads without increasing headcount. Just as importantly, it lays the foundation for future automation and smarter, data-driven capabilities that we believe will further enhance execution over time.”
