Pro Global expands specialist claims capability with three senior hires

Pro Global, a global provider of specialist insurance services, technology and advisory solutions, has strengthened its claims division with the appointment of three senior professionals as the company continues to invest in its complex claims expertise.

The company has appointed Gary Brankin as technical claims director, Harjinder Gill as advanced claims technology – complex claims and Teri Croman as claims center services team leader. Pro Global said the appointments strengthen its ability to support insurers, reinsurers and brokers with specialist claims services at a time of growing market complexity and changing client needs.

Blankin has a legal background and joins Pro Global with more than two decades of experience handling high-value and complex insurance disputes.

His career includes more than 20 years in private practice focusing on asbestos-related disease claims, followed by five years as an equity partner at Kennedys LLP. Pro Global said he will be responsible for leading the technology development of its claims services and maintaining high standards of delivery across a range of categories and jurisdictions.

Gill joins Pro Global with over 15 years of disease litigation experience, including extensive work on technically challenging and complex claims. According to the company, he will provide expert technical guidance to clients while supporting the continued enhancement of Pro Global’s complex claims assertions.

Croman has extensive operational leadership experience through various roles in legal services organizations. In her new role, she will lead the claims central services team with a focus on operational effectiveness, service consistency and scalable customer support.

These appointments reflect Pro Global’s continued commitment to strengthening its claims capabilities and investing in specialist talent to support clients throughout the claims process.
