Ernesto de Lima was appointed President of Colombia and Central America. De Lima will provide strategic oversight and institutional guidance across the region, supporting the executive team in advancing the company’s long-term objectives and strengthening its market position.
Jorge Enrique Pinillos has been appointed head of brokerage operations for Colombia and Central America. Pinillos will lead regional brokerage strategy and will be responsible for raising technology standards, strengthening client engagement and developing closer collaboration with insurance partners to support continued commercial growth.
The appointments are part of the company’s wider strategy to strengthen its regional platform and sustain its expansion in Latin America.
