Lockton has appointed Sandra Lee as chief growth officer for Asia Risk Solutions and Yuman Chan as chief growth officer for Asia People Solutions, both based in Hong Kong.
Lockton noted that these strategic hires mark an important step in accelerating its growth trajectory across the region.
The company added: “Both Sandra and Youman bring unparalleled expertise, leadership and passion for innovation that perfectly align with our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions and insights to our clients.”
Lee joins Lockton to drive growth across all risk areas and markets in the region, reporting to Asia CEO Tony Hardy.
She reportedly has over 22 years of international experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Paris. The initial core team, consisting of Sam Suen, Managing Director, Asia Emerging Risks, and Mandy Lai, Senior Executive Officer, Asia Emerging Risks, laid the foundation for the new Emerging Risks team in Asia.

Meanwhile, Chan serves as chief growth officer for Asia People Solutions, reporting to Cedric Luah, head of Asia People Solutions.
Lockton explained that Chan will drive growth under the Talent Solutions (PS) investment program and oversee all North Asia markets, including Greater China, Japan and South Korea. He has nearly thirty years of experience.
