UK insurance services provider Jensten Group has appointed Jaime Swindle to the newly created position of chief executive officer (CEO) of products and distribution, pending regulatory approval.
The appointments follow the insurer’s recent reorganization of its executive leadership team and the division of the business into two clearly defined trading divisions: Brokerage and Product & Distribution.
To recap, Gareth Birch was recently appointed CEO of Broking.
In addition, Swindle will join Jensten’s Group Executive Committee, and her appointment now completes the group’s strategic reorganization and changes to the executive team.
In her new role, Swindle leads the new product and distribution division (date to be announced), which includes Jensten’s Plans and Affinity business and Jensten Underwriting business.
He will focus on strengthening coordination between product development, underwriting capabilities and distribution strategies.
Swindle brings many years of industry experience and has led Geo Underwriting for the past four years, achieving transformational change and significant growth.
