Global insurance and reinsurance broker Marsh Asia has appointed Jason Mandera as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Marsh McLennan Indonesia, effective January 1, 2026.
Mandera has been with Marsh for more than 16 years, most recently serving as president.
Prior to that, he served as Director of Professional and Placement from 2019 to 2025, where he oversaw professional and placement operations.
Mandera served as Head of Sales and Specialty Products from 2017 to 2019, where she managed sales for the Energy Practice, FINPRO, Ocean Cargo and Trade Credit.
Previously, he served as Sales Director at Marsh for five years, responsible for sourcing new business opportunities until 2019. Prior to that, he served as Energy Director, managing the day-to-day affairs of PT Marsh Indonesia’s important energy business.
He began his career with Wachovia Bank, National Association in 1998 as Treasurer before joining PT IBS Insurance Broking Service in 2002 as Reservation Manager.
