Global reinsurance broker Howden Re has announced the appointment of Grace Kavanagh as Director in the firm’s Capital Solutions team.
Kavanagh brings extensive market insights and strong operator and client relationships to the Capital Solutions team.
Three years later, she joined Howden Re’s market engagement and strategy team, where she worked on Lloyd’s syndicate and MGA programs, focusing on how operators deploy capital and where the market opportunities lie.
Prior to joining Howden, she worked at Marsh for nearly six years, most recently as a management consultant.
