Euclid Transactional, a managing general agent (MGA) specializing in transactional insurance underwriting and claims processing, has announced 21 senior promotions across regions and functions globally.
The 21 promotions are part of 47 title and role changes across Euclid Transactional’s global claims, operations and underwriting teams.
Euclid Transactional said the promotion reflects the company’s continued investment in its employees and commitment to retaining talent, providing high-quality service to clients across 11 offices in North America, Europe and Asia, and promoting internal career development.

Since its founding in 2016, Euclid Transactional has underwritten more than 9,700 policies with a total transaction value of more than $8.5 trillion. Insureds have received more than $1 billion in claims payments from policies issued by the company.
Prior to this announcement, CRC Group acquired Euclid Transactional from Searchlight Capital Partners in March 2026.
