Ryan Specialty, a specialty insurance intermediary, has announced the appointment of Dave Przesiek as President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ryan Specialty Benefits, its Benefits division.
Ryan Specialty Benefits provides differentiated specialty employee benefits solutions and services for retail agents and brokers, as well as third-party administrators.
Przesiek succeeds John Zern, who leaves Ryan Specialty Benefits following nearly six years with the company to pursue other interests.
Pat Ryan, Executive Chairman of Ryan Specialty, commented, “We thank John for his services and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
Przesiek brings more than 30 years of experience in the health and benefits industry. He joined Ryan Specialty Benefits nearly three years ago through its largest acquisition.
During his tenure, Przesiek has been integral in creating and developing Ryan Specialty Benefits’ strategy to bring industry-leading benefits solutions to the market. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer.
