CyberCube, a provider of cyber risk analytics serving the insurance industry, has launched version 6 of its single risk underwriting platform Account Manager in a press release, which the company said it expects to help operators scale their cyber books.
CyberCube said the latest version of Account Manager (AMv6) is designed to enhance insurers’ ability to assess and manage cyber risks across their global portfolios.
The company explained that improved identification of corporate relationships and mapping of related risk signals is designed to give underwriters a more complete understanding of a client’s interconnected risks.
According to CyberCube, AMv6 also brings enhanced executive reporting tools designed to present technical output in a clearer, more decision-friendly format. The company noted that the platform now supports currency conversions between more than 50 currencies and includes expanded attribution updates designed to give underwriters deeper visibility into risk exposures associated with affiliated organizations.
CyberCube describes Account Manager as a sophisticated single-risk underwriting solution that applies predictive analytics validated against claims data. The company said this approach supports operators in determining whether risks are covered and maintaining sustainable performance as network portfolios grow.
The update includes improvements to entity and affiliation resolution, as well as more advanced search capabilities and broader data coverage. CyberCube said it has also streamlined navigation and review workflows within the platform to support a more efficient underwriting cycle. In addition, the company has introduced an executive-focused export feature that generates concise PDF reports with clear and highlighted insights to assist with the approval process.
CyberCube added that AMv6 incorporates updated data input and model enhancements to promote consistency in decision-making across international markets. The company said its predictive models are validated through observed cyber incidents and independent third-party insurance claims research, reflecting its emphasis on providing robust and reliable analytics to insurers.
John Anderson, director of product management at CyberCube, added: “We are increasing the rigor of our analytics with sophisticated account and parent-subsidiary intelligence.”
“The technology watchlist in AMv6 highlights privacy (such as pixel tracking) and security-related convergence issues in the insurance industry, providing underwriters with the context to make more informed insurance-related decisions. By distilling information into a compressed format, running accounts in local currencies and viewing analytics and output in financial terms, this updated version will help operators expand existing portfolios or launch new network books, especially in emerging markets.”
